The present Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Conditions") apply to purchases made through our Website. Please read these Conditions carefully before placing an Order. By confirming that you have read and accepted these Conditions when placing an Order through our Website, you unconditionally agree to them.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an Order, you must be at least 18 years old. To place an Order, you must select the Products on the Website, choose your preferred delivery method, and, optionally, any additional services, and select the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button. Before completing the checkout process, you will be required to log in with your personal account or, if you are not registered, create a new one. If we cannot accept your Order, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible, in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of your Order. If we cannot accept or process your Order because the Products are no longer available or due to an error related to the prices and/or other information about the Products you ordered, we will contact you and suggest alternative products that you may like and wish to purchase. If you do not accept our suggestions, we will cancel your Order for the Products we cannot provide and refund you within 14 (fourteen) days of the Order the amounts you have already paid for such Products.
If you placed the Order through the Website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your Order and containing details about it (such as the quantity of Products purchased, the price, the terms of delivery). This email DOES NOT constitute acceptance of your Order. Unless you cancel your Order, the Order will be shipped. At that time, you will receive an email Order Shipping Confirmation to inform you that we have shipped all or part of the Products you ordered.
Orders may be canceled at any time before being processed by the Company. If you wish to cancel your Order, please contact us using the details provided in the Contacts section. We will not accept cancellations of Orders made in ways other than those identified above. Once your Order has been processed, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal according to the procedure described below.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information about the Products on the Website is always accurate. However, when you place an Order, certain Products may not be available.
If we cannot ship the Products ordered within 30 (thirty) days from the date of your Order, we will contact you and ask if you intend to cancel your Order in whole or in part, and in that case, we will refund all amounts paid for the Products included in the canceled Order. If we do not receive a response to the email or voicemail we may have left for you, we will send you an email to notify you. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of this last communication, we will cancel your entire Order and refund the price of the Products. None of the conditions herein in any way reduces your non-derogable rights regarding defective or non-conforming products to those purchased. OUR PRICING POLICY

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website and will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation sent to you by email.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT.
Your Order may be subject to shipping costs as indicated on the Website when you place the Order. Shipping costs will depend on the value of your Order and the shipping method you choose. You can view the rates and delivery conditions by clicking here.
We reserve the right to change the price of Products on the Website at any time without notice. Changes to Product prices will not affect your Order that has already been accepted by the Company and for which we have already sent you the Order Shipping Confirmation.
If we detect an error in the price of the Products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or phone and offer you the choice to reconfirm your Order at the correct price or cancel your Order. If you cancel the Order, we will refund or credit you for the amount you paid for the Products for which you canceled the Order.

HOW CAN I PAY

You can pay for the Products using a credit or debit card. We accept major payment card networks, such as Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be made in the currency indicated in your Order before submission.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you must provide your card details when placing the Order, which will be charged when we receive your Order for an amount equal to the total value of your Order. We will not accept your Order or ship the Products until the issuer of your credit or debit card has authorized the transaction for payment of the Products ordered. We will immediately notify you if we do not receive such authorization. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit cardholder by requesting the most appropriate information.
With payment via PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your account with your email and password to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal and will be asked to enter your personal and credit card details. Products will be shipped to you after the payment process is complete. If we do not receive payment within 30 days from the date of your Order, your Order will be canceled, and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the Order.
Products will be shipped to the address specified in the Order Confirmation. In any case, we can only send documents via email to the address you provided when placing the Order.

WHEN ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED, AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Shipping will occur, at your choice, by ordinary or express courier during business hours. Your Order may be subject to shipping costs. We will not ship the Products until payment is received. If no one is available to receive the Products at the indicated delivery address, we will notify you with a notification left by the courier in your mailbox.
Title and risk of loss of the Products will pass to you upon delivery.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you have received the ordered Products and are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind about the purchase after we have sent you your Order Shipping Confirmation by email, you can exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving any reason and request a refund, pursuant to Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code").
Please note that as long as the Products remain in your possession, you are obligated to keep them safe and in good condition.

All products that undergo customization (customer-specific request) cannot be returned.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw from the Contract, we will refund you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date you exercised your right of withdrawal, any amount you have paid or been charged to your credit card for the ordered Products.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By placing an Order, you agree and understand that the Company may store, process, and use the data collected at the time of your registration on the Website to process your Order. Any reproduction, whether total or partial, any modification or use of such trademarks, illustrations, images, and logos, for any reason and by any means, without our prior express written consent, is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
